Meet the Speakers
Edidiong Ishola
Edidiong Ishola is a perinatal mental health practitioner, NHS engagement worker, and Aston University researcher focused on improving maternal and family wellbeing through emotionally informed, culturally responsive care. She founded MIKEDCAREs CIC, delivering psychoeducation, parenting programmes, and community-based support reaching thousands of women, fathers, and families. She holds a BSc in Biomedical Sciences, an MSc in International Business & HRM, advanced perinatal mental health training, and is the author of five books, as well as a speaker who combines evidence and lived experience to drive impact.
Elizabeth Idaewor
Elizabeth Idaewor is a healthcare facilitator, entrepreneur, and transformational leader with a passion for empowering people to discover their identity, purpose, and potential. She holds a Master’s degree in International Business from the University of Gloucestershire and is committed to inspiring positive change in individuals and communities. She is the founder of Seesters, a platform dedicated to helping young ladies find their voice and build confidence, and Grace Ambassadors, a teaching and mentorship platform impacting people from all walks of life. Driven by a passion for service and encouragement, Elizabeth believes that life is a thorn of roses because even roses have thorns, reminding others that challenges often pave the way for growth, resilience, and success.
